By using ovie.app and our learner portal you agree to the terms set out below. These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page.
Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its security or availability. You will not attempt to access areas of the portal you are not authorised to access.
Course enrolment
Enrolment on a funded course is subject to eligibility checks. Funding is conditional on attendance, engagement and the truthfulness of evidence provided.
Intellectual property
Course content, branding and software belong to Ovie Skills or our licensors. Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep services available but accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
